there are solutions to your complex, nuanced problems
You want your organisation to be a place where people feel safe, respected, and able to speak up.
You also want to make sure you’re not exposed; legally, reputationally, or ethically.
But what happens when:
► A situation crops up and you don’t know how serious it is going to become, or what to do next?
► Your policies are technically compliant but feel like they were written in a vacuum?
► You’ve had a complaint, and what you really want is to make things right without inviting chaos?
» that’s where I come in «
I work as a strategic partner to organisations who value integrity, care about impact, and are ready to lead with clarity (even, no especially) when the topic is tricky. Whether you’re facing a culture question, a policy review, or something that you know can’t be ignored any longer, you’re in the right place.
“A day with Enya really helped us move from stuck and uncertain to calm, clear, and proactive. She’s also brilliantly funny so it felt like being with a friend.” – Charity with global reach

“It feels like having an extra 3 people on the team; Enya is immensely intelligent and quick to get to the heart of things. She really gets us, and always holds the mirror up when we’re scrambling for quick decisions but not prioritising vulnerable people.” – Public Sector Client
My retainer clients also receive loyalty pricing across all services, because real accountability comes from long-term partnership, not one-off interventions.
Let’s be real: you’re stretched. If you’ve made it this far, you’re probably decent and curious. Good news.
But you’re too close to your own company culture to see it clearly.
Together, we’ll tackle systemic challenges, sharpen your policies, and create a workplace where accountability, safety, and respect aren’t just ideals, they’re your daily reality.
Time commitment: Whilst there’s no set expectation of how much time you’ll need each month, it tends to average around 6 hours for most clients. Some clients use me as an advisor on projects or strategy launches, whilst others like having me on the end of the phone as a listening ear and guide for overwhelm – it really is up to you.
“Enya has been auditing our company culture for 3 years now. I’ve got the latest recommendations pinned on my desktop. The accountability is immense. And when she doesn’t know, she always knows someone who does. Can’t recommend working with her more highly” – Global economics company
FULL CULTURE & POLICY AUDIT
‣ Usually delivered in 4–6 weeks
For organisations ready to stop guessing and start knowing.
As an academic, deep research into barriers to success is my bread and butter.
This is the deep dive you’ve been waiting for. A full look at how your culture, policies, and leadership approach harm, safety, and accountability, plus where they need to be stronger.
You’ll get:
-
A comprehensive review of your policies, processes, and internal comms
-
Confidential listening sessions or staff interviews (optional but powerful)
-
Risk and opportunity mapping across culture, systems, and language
-
A clear, strategic, board-ready report
-
A debrief and action planning session to move from insight to action
This is for you if you’re ready to move from “we hope it’s fine” to “we know it’s strong”
Timeline
-
Weeks 1–2: Deep dive into your documents, systems, and data
-
Weeks 3–4: Confidential listening to understand trust, culture, and reporting
-
Week 5: Strategic analysis + background magic
-
Week 6: Feedback session with tailored implementation guidance
3-Month and 1-Year Follow-Ups are included to track change, not just promise it.
Time commitment: Largely audits are hands-off for clients once the initial scope has been done. In our first meeting (30 minutes), I’ll talk you through the documents that I usually require – for some clients these are easy to find and send, and for others it can take a little time to collect information e.g. from another team. Usually, clients spend <2 hours collating this information. If you opt for focus groups, then there will be some administrative time to set those up. The only other time commitment from you will be reading the draft report, attending a 90-minute review meeting, and then of course implementation.
*A quick note on the cost: It can vary depending on the size of your company, and on the agreed outcomes of the project. We will discuss the cost before you sign. No sleazy sales tactics here.
